What is a Sleeper weekly report?

It is Sleeper’s in-chat recap of the week: awards, highlights, and bragging rights posted to the league conversation.

Is a Sleeper weekly report the same as a recap?

No. The weekly report is a chat post. A Leagueborn recap is a separately dated edition that keeps every final score and can be shared outside the chat.

Does Leagueborn replace Sleeper weekly reports?

No. Sleeper remains the source of record and the place the league already talks. Leagueborn keeps a finalized edition after the scores hold.

Do I need a Sleeper password to read a Leagueborn recap?

No. A public Sleeper username opens a read-only preview. Leagueborn never asks for a Sleeper password.

Sleeper weekly reports

Sleeper already talks about the week.

Sleeper posts a weekly report in league chat for awards and bragging rights. That chat dump is useful. It is not the same job as a dated recap of every final score.

Keep Sleeper as the source of record. Use Leagueborn when you want a finalized edition you can reopen, share, and check against every result.

What Sleeper posts

A weekly report lives in chat.

Sleeper says weekly reports are given out each week for bragging rights and posted in the league conversation with awards.

01 / In the chat

It arrives where the league already talks

The report is a Sleeper chat post. You open it as a league member inside Sleeper, not as a separately hosted edition.

02 / Awards

Built for bragging rights

Sleeper uses the report to highlight awards and conversation starters. That is a good reason the chat lights up after a week.

03 / Source of record

Sleeper still keeps the scores

Leagueborn reads Sleeper. It does not replace Sleeper chat, and it does not become a second official scoreboard.

Chat dump vs edition

A recap has to outlast the thread.

The weekly report is for the conversation happening now. A Leagueborn recap is the dated edition you can still open next season.

Sleeper weekly report

Posted in league chat after the week.
Highlights awards and bragging rights.
Lives in the conversation and can scroll out of view.
Sleeper decides when the chat post appears.

Leagueborn recap

A dated edition published only after scores hold.
Every final score stays next to the story.
Saved leagues keep the week in one history.
A signed-in member can create a public share receipt.

Preview a league with no Sleeper password. Leagueborn still waits for the scores to be final before the recap publishes. See the side-by-side comparison, or the trophy case from saved scores when you want plaques instead of chat awards.
